NETWORK IDENTIFIER CONFIGURATION
For network identities to work, you will need have either the Protect Relay service configured on your local network or the Protect Proxy configured on the users machine.
- To create a new network identifier, go to the tab Network Identity, click on Identifiers on the right-hand side of the Network Identity
2. Below are the configuration options you may select when creating your network identifier.
Configuration Option | Description |
---|---|
A friendly name for the identifier | Enter a name for your network identifier. ie Macbook |
192.168.10.10 | Assign the IP address of the identifier. ie 192.168.1.102 |
Note: The identifier can only be the device's IP address.
