This page is an overview of all tabs in the Protect portal.
The Dashboard shows an overview of the customer's Protect environment with informative graphs and tables showing allowed and blocked queries and domains.
Policies are assigned to networks in which categories and other DNS configurations are selected. These categories represent domains that will be blocked in the clients network.
Custom lists are individual domains that override policies. These domains can either be set to allow or block.
A network, eg. home office or head office, is an internet connected location you wish to protect and report on.
Network identities allow the client to map a local network user or device to a specific IP address and Security Policy.
Reports provide a more in depth overview of the customers Protect environmenmt. The client may also schedule reports which will automatically be emailed depending on the inverval selected.
Logs provide clarity on which domains are being queried. The customer is able to view specific domains, categories or specific network identities logs.
Alerts are individual emails that are sent within configured time intervals. These emails alert on selected categories that have been queried.
Configuration for the Protect Policy allowing hte customer so specify custom domains and local DNS servers.
All relevant subscription information. The customer is able to view and upgrade their subscription.
