Follow the below steps to add a custom block page.

Step 1.

1.1 Log into

1.2 Insert your login credentials.

Step 2. 

2.1 Once logged in click on `My Account' under the 'Customer Portal'.

Step 3.

3.1 Once you have been directed to the `My Account` page click on `Block Page` tab as illustrated below.

3.2 Here you will be able to add a custom HTML block page by inserting the required variables.

Variable definitions 

#{domain} - Display the blocked domain

#{reason} - Display the reason for the block

#{category} - Display which category the block belongs to

#{policy} - Display what policy the block is part of

#{user} - Display which user got blocked

#{group} - Display which group the user belongs to
